I’m not picky when it comes to food. I like a wide variety of ethnic food from Italian to Thai, and everything in between. My husband and I made this Sichuanese dish called “Ants Climbing Trees” from The Food of China cookbook. Don’t let the name fool you – the little bits of pork represent ants while the bean thread noodles act as trees, somewhat like a Chinese version of spaghetti and meatballs. The trick with all stir fry/wok recipes is to have the pan nice and hot, and all the ingredients ready to be thrown in.
