I’m a jeans and a t-shirt kind of gal, but nothing makes me feel more confident than dress. What I like about this denim dress is the cut in addition to the buttons up the front. It gives the dress a playful and sexy feel to it. The thick denim material of this dress kept warm in the cool of the shade without feeling stuffy while walking around in the sun. It was the perfect thing to wear while grabbing brunch with friends in Manhattan Beach last weekend. When the weather really starts to cool down here, I can see myself wearing this dress with tights, boots, and a black turtleneck worn underneath for extra warmth.

We decide to eat at Nick’s where you can pretty much guarantee you’ll have a great meal. If you’re traveling to Manhattan Beach anytime, I definitely recommend checking it out. The inside of the restaurant feels cool and sophisticated, while the outside dining areas offer an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere. The best part about eating close to the beach is you can take a short walk to the stand afterwards to work off your food baby.
Don’t mind the princess toy there^, our friends’ 3 year old was using it to call Mini Mouse. 🙂
