When scrolling through Pinterest, you’re bound to find some great outfit inspiration for the fall season. LA has been a little late with the change in seasons this year – no surprise there. When the temperature finally did drop I was excited to finally wear my new chunky wool sweater. It was the perfect temperature when I decided to go for a walk to grab a coffee.
If you’ve driven in the South Bay up and down PCH you might have noticed The Boy & The Bear Coffee Roastery. They do pretty good coffee if you’re willing to pay for it. It looks like it would be a cool, different place to take out of town guests.
By the time I got my coffee and started walking again I realized a wool sweater was not a brilliant idea after all. After shedding a few layers I felt normal again. My biggest take away from all of this? Wait for the temperature to really drop before wearing a chunky wool sweater, and always wear layers. That being said, I have worn this sweater several times since. Banana Republic has had some great sales going on that I took advantage of. I plan on wearing this wool sweater with a suede skirt and OTK boots, or even wearing it with a maxi skirt
