What I Learned from College

This is the first fall where I’m not a student, and it’s a strange yet exhilarating feeling. It’s great coming home and not having to worry about studying or writing essays. College was an incredible learning curve for me. When you’re juggling internships and volunteer work along with school work you really learn what  time management is. I received a phone call the other day from a freshman attending my Alma Mater. As she told me about her nervous excitement it reminded me of when I first began attending there. I was caught off guard when she asked for my advice on how to succeed at college. So, I told her what I learned and thought to share it with you too.
